Manage channels inside configuration.nix

Instead of using nixos-channel [--add|--update] manage the used channels in configuration.nix declaratively.

For some reason this is not easy to find in documentation nor search engine which leads me to the conclusion that there is a caveat yet unknown to me. Otherwise it would seem so straight forward to me that finding how to do this "the nixos way" should be much more easy.
